I just wanted to point out the option, glad she is fine with the dumps otherwise.
Here are the 3 new ones you requested:

Ps. I don't want/need anything from you, I just hope it helps if I create backups for people.
Sorry to bother you (Again), but the dates of these dream addresses are old for some reason. All 3 of these dream addresses have been updated a month or so ago in 2026. Is there any way to get those islands? Why did it grab older islands i wonder 🤔

@xPoyo

Hello, the Google Drive links for the dump files you replied with above are no longer valid, and I'm getting a 404 error. If the files are still available, could you please provide updated links? At the same time, could you also create dump files for the new ACNH (Animal Crossing: New Horizons) Dream Address lists below? Some people have requested them on GBATEMP, but they either received no response or the provided links were no longer valid, just like your links above. Thank you so much, and I truly appreciate you doing what I've always wanted. I would really appreciate your help with this.

they were the ones on Nintendo's servers when you asked of me to dump them. My tool puts the in-game time in the folders. If you say they have been updated since then, I can dump them again. pretty sure your wife just time travels

So what happened was that I was getting ready to clear her 3 switches so we could sell them and i told her to make sure those 3 islands booted up on her modded switch before I formatted these consoles. When she did, she said they were the old ones that she had previously had someone dump for her. So she took my switch and visited all those same DAs and they were all her newest uploaded islands that she wanted 🤷‍♂️
Im sort of the middle man here unfortunately, but she said she made sure again that they were updated and we would be most appreciative if you could do them again. Im am very very sorry 😞

I'll do it today after work, that is strange though because I thought that Nintendo only ever serves one (the latest) revision of an island

@xPoyo
Hmm? I actually asked for 9 new ones, but could I please request just these 4 instead? I’m really desperate here... Also, my initial request was just to re-upload the expired links from the 2022 Google Drive folder you posted before.

I’ve actually read quite a few of your posts, and I saw you saying things like people don’t need to offer anything in return because helping others just makes you happy. That’s why I asked in the first place... but still, if you really don't want to do anyting for me... That's a bummer, but it is what it is. Guess I'll just have to level up and come back.

Or,,,Is there any way you could tell me how you’re currently dumping them? Once I learn from you, I’d love to help out others by dumping their requested islands too. There are so many unanswered request posts on the forums, and I really want to help people who are as desperate as I was.

I read what you wrote, and there are a few things I'm curious about and would like to understand clearly.
  1. Regarding the "valid copy" requirement:Can I just use a single official game cartridge for both consoles? That is, using that one cartridge when accessing the game on both the CFW and non-CFW Switches? Or do I need to purchase digital copies separately for each system from the eShop?
  2. Regarding "software/games installed to the hardware itself, besides the Homebrew Apps in the hbmenu":Does this mean I can use online features as long as I only have Atmosphere, Hekate, and Homebrew Apps installed? Could you explain this part in more detail? It feels like the most crucial step...

I was in the exact same situation as mentioned above, and while I tried the same approach, it didn't work for me. However, I managed to resolve it after taking a few additional steps. I'm sharing this here in case anyone else encountering a 'shared map injection fail' might find it helpful.

📌 [Guide/Tip] ACNH Modding: Why You Should Use Checkpoint Over JKSV for ACNH Dream Island map sharing Injection

Although @ LUCKASS who started this forum thread, recommends using JKSV, my situation was different, so I'm sharing my case here. Here is a quick troubleshooting guide on how to fix restore errors when applying external Dream Island save dumps (downloaded from GBATemp or other community sites) on a CFW Switch, including the proper folder cleanup steps and why Checkpoint is the better choice to restore.

1. Mandatory Folder Structure Cleanup Before Applying External Saves

Both JKSV and Checkpoint recognize .zip files and folders fine in their UI, but restoration will fail if there are nested (sub)folders inside.

Downloaded dumps often come inside a dated folder containing a meta.json file and a separate Saves folder (which holds Villager0 and other save data). You must flatten this structure into a single directory:

How to arrange the save folder correctly:

1. Open the Saves folder and move all files and subfolders inside it out to the main folder.

2. Place those extracted contents on the same level/directory as meta.json.

3. Delete the now-empty Saves folder.

💡 In short: Opening your save folder should directly reveal meta.json, main, mainHeader.dat, villager folders, etc. all together on the same level with zero nested folders.

2. Side-by-Side Comparison under Identical Conditions: JKSV vs. Checkpoint

When testing both homebrew apps under the exact same conditions—with the folder structure properly flattened and keeping mainHeader.dat intact:

JKSV: Even after fixing the directory structure, it still failed to open or restore certain external dump files (due to its stricter internal metadata checks).

Checkpoint: Successfully recognized and restored the exact same dump files without any indexing errors or issues.

I dumped and even visited in-game now and just to confirm, I am getting the exact same versions/revisions/"dates" as before for the islands:
DA-4813-2747-9611
DA-2781-3581-2347

however, for DA-2558-9113-1051 there is a new one now! Your wife must've updated it after I last dumped it (July 17th). I couldn't explain it otherwise.

(same link as before, but I added the newer version!)
Could you please confirm with her again? All of them are now on the latest version of the game (revision 34, which is version 3.0.3), so I hope this is correct now.

There is no reason for you to try and guilt trip me; you are not entitled to anyone's time.
It is my right to not want to dump it for free, when it is highly suspicious if you ask for so many things at once.
My tools are available to download. Do it yourself.

Regarding your questions:
1. I think Nintendo allows you to transfer islands without the cartridge being inserted in both consoles, so I do believe 1 cartridge is enough. The guide should still work.
2. If you have a default installation (default i.e. just atmosphere + its bundled software + hekate + homebrew APPLETS [NROs]) you are fine to use online services. as soon as you make modifications to the NAND or play a software without a license (sigpatches; goes the same for homebrew apps you install to the system) you are going to be banned.

@xPoyo I just wrote a message to thank you and apologize, but it ended up being much longer than I intended. I’ll send it to you in a DM instead. Thank you.
