Pretty sure they could still track it to your ip/mac etc, unless you take precautions.

Nintendo will probably ship it to stores a few days before the end of the month.
Monday or Tuesday sounds likely.

If someone sent me the ISO or something, I would certainly act like I got it and would never disclose who I got it from. I honestly don't care if Nintendo sues me or anything, I don't really have much a life anyways.

I have close friends that own game stores but the game will not arrive on time.
