Since my Wii already has an up-to-date softmod, I probably won't use this myself. But looking at the screenshots and description in the first post I really like how straight forward and organized this programm looks. This is without a doubt a great tool for people who want to softmod their Wii but don't know where to start or fear they could do something wrong in the process. It's always nice to see people develope small tools like this to help others or simply make things a bit easier for them, so thanks for sharing!

Hi! Just bought a 1st generation wii, i dont know anything about wii softmodding though i have experience in psp and ps3 softmodding... is there a chance of bricking my wii if I follow your instruction? as i have read from the previous threads, installing wad or trying to run vc games can cause your wii to brick.

Following this guide has a 0% brick chance, the wads created from ModMii as tickets and files downloading from ninty servers, so everything its already, just follow to guide fully, and you will get your softmod in less than 10 minutes.

After you softmod it with the guide, just install nintendont, and you can.

I read the step by step procedure.. it seem in-between step 2 and step three, i have to remove the sd card from my wii and put it in my computer and then put the sd card in my wii again... does that mean i have ti shut down the wii in between those steps?

If you are talking about the SysCheck procedure, you can just turn your wii off, since homebrew channel its already installed. and you can launch MultiModManager once ModMii download everything.

I wont make a videoguide for this, the program its the most user friend you can get, i dont see a point of making a video.

The nand back up, you can make it at whatever part you feel confident, i suggest once you finish your softmodd.

You need to download a USB loader, then put your games into the WBFS folder, the drive must be FAT23.
