You have to run FBI (injected to H&S) in SysNAND.
Hold L while Luma starts, to boot SysNAND.

I formatted my sysnand to unlink my emunand. Can i go through the regular first-time vanilla setup of the 3ds?

Yes. Your EmuNAND won't be touched while in SysNAND.
Don't link your NNID, though.

Look where it says "aeskeydb.bin" in "What you need" section,download that file and put it on files9 folder in your sd card (if you don't have one just create it)

Wait. After seting up the sysnand so that i could inject fbi, i think it linked my nnid. In my emunand it says my nnid is the random numbers and letters i used in the sysnand setup.

I cannot seem to get the Portal DS homebrew rom working. I copied the .nds and the directory folder to the roms/nds/ but it just launches into a white screen.

Lot's of homebrew/ROM hacks do that for me. I kinda just hope for the best.

How did you get NTR Mode3 in a non-extended memory app? Besides, it needs to boot TWL_FIRM, which NTR doesn't have access to currently.

For me it worked the version of boot ntr mode 3 or it was printing more strange because I noticed differences

Hello, it's me again, I've tried again TWLoader with the lastest version of Luma3DS on the CIA version and still "an error has occured". Tried with Wario Ware and The World ends with you and still nothing...
