Hacking Anyway to recover my 11.2 NAND on o3ds XL

So I've made a mistake on one of my 3ds Xl and my sd corrupted when I had to load 2xrsa.3ds.guide in the browser. I used a new sd and I was able to install Arm9loaderhaxx. Problem is now I cannot revert back to 11.2. I've tried to via system setting but I would get an error. "An error has occurred the system will now restart" Is there anyway for me to manually install the FW 11.2 so I can complete my CFW setup?

Do a 9.2 ctrtransfer

Follow the 9.2 ctrtransfer part of the guide, then update through system settings. You'll have to lose all the saves on your system, but since your sd got corrupted it really doesn't matter.
