For example, I have a "Luma3DS" background on my 3DS (using CHMM2), but I want to set it to use like a "Corbenik" theme when its running Corbenik, and "Luma3DS" when its running Luma3DS.

If possible, could someone tell me how to do it on NTR-CFW aswell?

I'm not sure about the themes thing, but I do know that NTR CFW is not a CFW. It's an app that you load through your Home Menu (like you load any game CIA for example) and can't be launched on boot.

Yes, I'm aware that NTR-CFW is not a true "CFW", that's why I asked it separately.
I assume you mean like booting directly into say Luma or Corbenik when you power on your system? If so, then NTR can't do that and it completely negates your NTR CFW question entirely.

Yeah, I probably should have wrote that differently.
Coldbooting directly into Luma3DS/Corbenik from booting system, NTR-CFW after booting to those two.

For the NTR-CFW question: I didn't mean coldbooting NTR-CFW, I meant could you change the theme when loading the .cia .

Unless you get an EmuNAND then no. You could also use the CHMM2 Randomize feature but that would just mess it all up, you'd have a Luma theme on Corbenik and vice-versa everytime you get out of an app.
You would have to code a separate launcher for NTR CFW that also changes the theme once it loads.

Well, not that far ago it was a CFW afaik.

Its simply in the name, but it doesn't behave like a CFW.
Okay, any chance someone could link me to "how to create an emuNAND on SDcard" :D
Its really not worth it if you have A9LH, but if you really want, BACKUP your SD Card to your PC, download EmuNAND9, putting it in your luma payloads folder and setting a key for it (x_EmuNAND9.bin).
https://github.com/d0k3/EmuNAND9 You should clone your SysNAND to EmuNAND imo.

For some reason my 3DS won't behave if I install a bootloader to it to keep my 3DS nice and organized.
CtrBootManager9, with the a9lh.cfg setup properly for both of my Luma3DS and Corbenik files.
I'll try the EmuNAND program real quick, just let me fix my files on the SD, plus backup.

In the first instance, it was a CFW as I'm saying. You had to start it via ninjhax in order to let it aply some patches. People don't just put a name because it's funny you know. Also it aply some patches in the RAM, like most CFW do. It does behave like one xD

You need to press SELECT while booting and check Custom Path.
  • Use custom path: If the option is on, you can change the default location of the Luma3DS payload (which is arm9loaderhax.bin on the root of the SD/CTRNAND) by typing it in a path.txt file in luma, it must start with a / and not exceed 55 characters.
This path will be attempted on both SD and CTRNAND, and is also picked up if not booting via A9LH.
Create a text file called Path.txt in the luma folder and type in the location of your Luma arm9loaderhax.bin file. Then, in a9lh.cfg, make sure the luma3ds entry has the same path to the same Luma arm9loaderhax.bin file.

I'm using CtrBootManager9, which is completely different from Luma's arm9loaderhax.bin, so I don't need to do that.... right? (luma3ds's arm9loaderhax.bin is still on root of sd, just named "luma.bin"/same with corbenik and "corbenik.bin")
And the thing is, my 3ds powers on, but the screen(s) do nothing. If it were for Luma3DS, it'd be a different story, cause I could troubleshoot.
EDIT: Turns out the Luma3DS's payload chainloader CAN be used as a makeshift boot manager, lmao.
Now I just need a fix for Pokemon Sun when running the "Disable Outlines" patch on Corbenik, causing it to crash.

EmuNAND9 almost downloads, then stops at "100%" (but it stays as a .part file, so its useless) with 0 bytes up/down.

Actually, Luma and Corbenik are not true CFWs either, but yeah, NTR CFW is even less of a CFW than those.

Well there are no actual cfws atm. they're just system patches run over ofw.
In theory, this is better because nothing on the system is hard-patched, so it's basically undetected by official updates and apps.

Try naming it arm9loaderhax_si.bin.
