I have an original R4 card that my friend gave me a while ago, but it only supports up to 2GB SD card. I can't afford something like R4i because in my country it's VERY hard to find. I can't order from ebay or any other sites because the shipping prices are too much. So the question is: Can I somehow put nds games on my 3DS SD card and then load them to run on R4?

Shipping should be free or very cheap from Chinese/HK sites.
There is this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/twloader-ctr-mode-nds-app.448375/
But currently compatibility is low and saving isn't supported yet, hopefully that will change in the near future.

I know about the TWLoader development and I am very hyped about it, also i didn't know the shipping can be cheap, I mean i know from china it is almost free, but when i looked up a few of flashcards they we're like 25$ shipping

Try ordering from GBAtemp's sponsor, they're China/HK based. Most people recommend this cart: http://www.nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=149
Saving is supported in some games :P
Only if you have a cart with a compatible save chip inserted though, right? And it saves onto the cart, which doesn't really count. Unless that has changed recently.

That one isn't bad. I got this one (the most recommended on the temp) http://www.nds-card.com/ProShow.asp?ProID=149 and it works great with the TWL Forwarders to run the games from your HomeMenu. Albeit a little more pricey than the other one but they all have free shipping. I got mine in about 2-3 weeks from ordering.
I see everyone thinks this is the best one, the price isn't problem, I got a budget up to 20$. and you got it in 2-3 weeks, but shipping to Croatia will be probbably longer. Thanks for the recommendation :)

And when I get the card I will mostly use it on my DSi, I used the original R4 on my 3ds because it wasn't compatible with the DSi.

Yeah shipping usually depends more on your countries international customs and how long the process takes. And no problem, it really is the best one for most DS models in general over the DSTwo anyway which is still good just battery draining.
