I currently have a SD card 32gb in my N3ds which is completely hacked and I also have a 64gb SD card in my Wii, and the Wii is also modded with letterbomb.

I would like to take the 64gb SD card and completely format it to work with the 3ds and I was going to click and drag everything from the n3ds SD card into the 64gb SD card.

Will anything happen by me doing this? Will I brick the 3ds or lose anything that I've put into the system?

No. Just remember to format it to fat32.
Sorry, mispelled it. Just drag and drop. The no was for the "Will anything happen by me doing this? Will I brick the 3ds or lose anything that I've put into the system?"

How do I change it to fat32? All I see is exfat
You need to user a special tool, look for SD Formatter. I think Panasonic SD formatter. (I don't use Windows so I can't tell for sure this is the right tool)

PS: also, I suppose you don't use emunand, otherwise the process is more complex.

Ok, but probably only as an intermediate step, I suppose you are not using emunand anymore.
it that I would know of, I just use freeshop now and play the games I don't do anything anything else at the moment just trying to upgrade memory

Windows has a built-in partition. Just search for "Partition" and format the microSD to fat32. If you can't, get Minitool Partition Wizard.
