[OT] Last time I checked the Pro was a crashbox, does anyone have one, do you know if it has improved? [/OT]
I like the color scheme of the new slim, this slim sure looks better than the jet black models TBH, it looks like something that would fit in a human being's living room. (opinions I suppose)

I've always liked white and lighter colours in general. I always prefer console colours that don't match the typical livingroom electronics. This one is pretty nice, but I'd make even the black bits white.

Still wish they would allow changing of the LED to a permanent Blue, so it could match my other stuff, instead of the boot-up phase. It could easily be done with a fw update.

Wow, this is nice! Love the new colour. Slick! Just got a PS4 though but it's nice to see variety.

Well, the LED is designed to indicate the state of the system. It worked the same on the PS3. Its decorative aspects are sort of a by-product of why it's actually there.

glacier white? gonna be more like grimy grey once you use it, right?
I have had a white phat since the Destiny bundle dropped, so far its still white as can be.

I like the color or the slim but not the slim itself... or the pro for that matter. The symmetrical slats of the original are just too ascetically pleasing to me.

They really don't seem interested in releasing limited edition versions for the ps4 pro, do they? FF7 remake will probably get on the ps4/slim as well, which makes me a sad panda. I need a better reason to get a ps4 pro.

the ps4 pro doesnt have exclusive games... so ya FF7 will be on the original/slim.

No point in ps4 pro...it doesnt play different games. People buying "new" consoles for a slightly better experience is beyond me. I'll wait for the 5.

it's only worth it if you have a 4k tv 60hz capable, really, and want that extra smoothness/framerate. That and you reeeeally like their VR. Otherwise, I completely agree. I have/want the first, and hope to get the second eventually, so I do have an eye for a reason to get the ps4 pro.

No, even if you have a 4K TV it is NOT worth it. Games don't run natively in 4K it's upscaling. Only games in 4K native are indies, you gonna pay $500 for 4K indie games? Better frames rates? show me a game that actually runs better on PS4 Pro without other issues? $500 for better frame rates? lol maybe if you didnt ALREADY have a ps4 sure get the stronger one but too upgrade is throwing money away.

VR is the only reason to buy a pro, and VR is a huge gimmick so i'll pass.
