Homebrew How do I play "backup" games? I have a9lh + luma 11.1

Hello,

So I succesffuly instaleld a9lh + luma yesterday on my system that was 11.1 before all of this everything is working fine...

But I have a question - how do I play backups?

1) Do I have to install CIA Angel ? I heard this name somewhere but I dont know if it is what I should have
2) Do I just download game.cia and put in my cia folder on sd and then install via fbi?

Please help me out on this Im looking for the information about this for past 4 hours...

1) Actually FBI has the option to Install and Delete CIA, pretty useful
2) If you are not a filthy cheater, yes

ok but this freeshop thing would take additional time because of download time right? isnt it faster if I just download > put cia in cia > install via fbi?

i would use free shop since its basicly downloading it from the eshop so its safe to go online with and very easy to use search and click a download icon

That would depend on your internet connexion. If it is twice as fast as the 3ds speed it will be faster to download a cia, copy it to the SD card and install from FBI.

they have to be able to see it getting downloaded or the ticket being use or does it throw off eshop sales reports lol. I have no ideal how this works

where are themes stored that I downloaded with freeshop? I just downloaded bunch of them and cnat select one because it says to delete few of them ....

You can't do that, lol. There is a limit. You need to delete them 1 by 1 on the 3ds.
