Hacking Safehax (11.1/2) downgrade without DSIWare

The guide also doesn't work on a 2DS on 9.9 E from my brother.
Can't get into decrypt9.
Had to do a downgrade to 9.2, then it worked with first try.

But on my N3DS XL 11.1 E I'm pretty stuck right now ^^

Because on 9.2 you have the permission this exploit gives you normally. If you're under 11.x, you should've followed Plailect's first.

Launch order: soundhax (or other homebrew entrypoint), fasthax, safehax. Then downgrade to 2.1 and install a9lh.

Yes you can do that fine, but once you can downgrade to 9.2 why not go straight to 2.1 ?

You still need a DSiWare game if you're not using safehax.

You have to compile it, the file'll only release when fasthax is released, which still didn't happen. There are instructions to compile on the page. Download two programs and run make in cmd.

No, waithax gives you kernel11, Safehax gives you kernel9.
