So, I have NTR 3.6 installed the the latest version of Luma3DS. Where can I get the cheat plugin for the game Steel Diver Sub Wars for the Nintendo 3DS?
I'd really like to have this.

I am also looking for an NTR plugin or a save file with level 99. I just want something for an XP boost to get to level 99 faster
