not my best, but I liked the way it came out. what do you think I could improve on?

You look quite grumpy.
Avoid reading incendiary sad news and long flaming threads.

PS: And yes, it is a joke, I actually don't have any good suggestion but the portrait looks quite good.

I'd add shading, and maybe work on a more realistic/believable ear shape

I made some minor changes that make the piece look a little more natural. I think you should study them, and consider why they make the piece more believable.

One thing to keep in mind, is that in a cartoony style like this, you don't want lines to have a lot of complexity - the more they resemble gentle curves - the better.
