I only want to ask because ı dont know a lot about these things but cant we use ds games for hax like strait up ds games.because ı think simply getting a pokemon game that is really comon and using it as a hack would be much more useful.(I know that probably has incredibly hard complex details but just wanted to ask why)

First off cartridge games don't have access to the NAND since they're not installed to the NAND, dsiware games are installed to the NAND therefore they have access to it. And certain games (the exploitable 4) are the only ones that work because of the way the save data functions in the game

Only if you have 1 of the 4 games that were pulled from the eShop and a N3DS.
