need some advice on the safest/most realistic workflow for transferring my save files from my current modded Switch over to my new Switch 2.

Here is my current setup and background:

Console: Switch 1 running CFW on sysNAND only (never set up an emuMMC).

Security/Privacy: Incognito was applied to sysNAND from day one (PRODINFO blanked).

Goal: Restore my original PRODINFO and move my save data over to a stock Switch 2.

Because the destination console is a stock Switch 2, offline save injection via homebrew (like JKSV) on the receiving end isn't an option. I'll need to use either local console-to-console save transfer or NSO Cloud Saves, both of which require connecting the old Switch 1 sysNAND to Nintendo's servers.

Before I take action, I want to make sure I don't lock myself out or risk an account ban in the middle of the process.

My questions for the community:

Restoring PRODINFO: Is Incognito_RCM still the standard recommended payload for restoring the original prodinfo_sysnand.bin backup, or should I use a TegraExplorer script?

Is skipping the sysNAND wipe possible? Is a full factory reset/sysNAND wipe (via Haku33) strictly mandatory before connecting online, or is there a way to safely transfer saves without wiping sysNAND clean first? What are the actual risks if I just restore PRODINFO, delete unauthorized NSPs/homebrew apps, and go online to do the transfer directly?

sysNAND Cleaning (if required): If skipping the wipe is too dangerous, is Haku33 still the best option for a deep factory reset, or is there a newer/safer method?

Nintendo Account Safety: If I connect the old console to Nintendo's servers to complete the transfer, am I reasonably safe from an account-level ban as long as I restore PRODINFO? (I don't mind if the old Switch 1 gets flagged down the line, as long as my Nintendo Account and new Switch 2 stay clean).

I'd really appreciate any insight or recent experiences from anyone who has attempted this setup.

Thanks!
