Changes:
when in cbhc/haxchi cfw it will now protect against installing over the used ds vc title
What kind of crappy feedback is that? If you do have issues than create an issue thread on the github for it and report in detail what exactly is not working and what you did for it to actually get to that failure.what feedback do you need it refuses to load homebrew and it crashes alot
it would be nice if we could create log files of the crashes or homebrew issues
been not following for weeks
to put it shortly I gather this is the best bester bestest hacking solution for the wiiU currently
except you can brick if you accidentally reinstall the NDS game you use for the exploit
couldn't the devs implement a safeguard to avoid that? a blacklist to block the NDS game from being reinstalled?
merry christmas
it took me a good 4 hours just REing to find the right locations on where I can even hook into, so yea it was a pain to do.Weird it wasn't a thing from the get go.
just updated to v1.5u1 with this small patch addition:
when in cbhc/haxchi cfw, patch system menu version to be 99.99.99 to protect from potential updates
I cant promise that which is why I suggest to still use a dns server, but it for sure is another safety measure in place in case it is actually controlled by just the version. Is that mean if Nintendo released a new update ... it will be blocked without DNS?
Nice !just updated to v1.5u1 with this small patch addition:

How sure are you that this will actually prevent updatesjust updated to v1.5u1 with this small patch addition:

99.99.99% sureHow sure are you that this will actually prevent updates
I would argue that that is an answerhow would I be able to answer a question like that? there is no actual update so nobody can even tell you that.
I only block against installing via MCP (wupinstaller, system install/update) so you can still modify files on the filesystem directly as root user like the install/uninstall process of cbhc/haxchi works; thats the whole point of it being a root user.Edit: on another note, is it actually possible to uninstall CBHC now as of 1.5 if modifying the DS VC is blocked?
When Frappachino CFW comes out with a release for the Wii U, will you update CBHC so we could auto boot that CFW instead of Mocha?
Cbhc is a cfw. Look at the thread title. Why would fix continue to work on launching other cfw from inside his cfw. Don't seem logical really does it.When Frappachino CFW comes out with a release for the Wii U, will you update CBHC so we could auto boot that CFW instead of Mocha?
