As the author of DeltaPatcher, I can confirm you it DOES create backups if you ask for it. Just push the gear button and select the corresponding option.

I thought i checked the options [emoji15] i missed the backup option then. I'll redo the patches later when home with backup option.
(lol duh, nevermind, just checked, no need to redo anything, it's user side option, that why i never saw it, i never tried to apply the patch!)
Ye, if u put it in usb it will be permanent. I think somebody, some posts back, successfully applied it to us version.

is there a complete tutorial on how to get it working on the usb/eshop version? Post #27 talks about "copy patched files to X" but I don't even have patched files yet and I couldn't find a tool to unpack those USB games.

I'm getting a Checksum mismatch on the rpx file though. It is the EUR version.

k, i'm not home but let me see if i can check if i accidentally din use an original rpx.
Anybody else had issues with patch V2?
update: weird, i just tried it and it patched the rpx with no issues (Unless i packed the wrong xdelta or there's some game update that i'm unware of...). I send you im.

but i just prefer to use Undubs with the language change thingie, e.g english to japanese audio.
but stuff like this around is cool too.
ye, that would be better, and can be done, but that's too much work for me cause i dun know how to write a packer for the archive00.lnk, but since i understand its format i do all by hand in hex editor, so it takes time.

I had the checksum mismatch as well on both my EU and USA decrypted (via NUSGrabberGUI) rpx files. Ended up getting the first archive of a loadiine copy from "that iso site", extracted the relevant file and could patch without issue. Looked briefly at the logs after disabling the checksum match and it looks like the decrypted rpx files are a bit smaller (iirc). Funny enough the USA archive.lnk patched without issue.

Use NUSpacker to encrypt the game. I just replaced the files that I said before and the game worked just fine.

Yes, you can but it will take forever hehe I'm not sure if there's a app or a program for PC to edit/copy,etc files on your WiiU HDD connecting it directly in your PC.

Did the "DLC" work as well after being repacked? I made one with TMS which went fine but wasn't sure about the FF/PZ DLC since it's outside the "50000" folder
Yea I guess so. I'll try doing it on my pc and repacking it to install from SD once I can get the patcher to work on the rpx file. I'll make sure to backup my save first.

Well I patched the Project Zero V EUR (disc ver. not eshop) so I don't know if it will work with the DLC.
Ok, from the reports here, the archive00.lnk files are the same between the western versions so no problems there right?
Now for the rpx, the usa and eur eshop versions of the game are very similar, i suppose the differences is only regarding region or whatnot, but they're quite different from the eur disc version rpx.
So, aside doing 3 different patches for eur disc, eur eshop and usa eshop, anybody has an easier idea of patching them? Eur versions are interchangeable, but i not providing a rpx
so...
Anyway, i gonna change Miu's normal outfit now, and untill a better idea i'll do the 3 rpx versions patches for now so everybody can get served

The american version is a free to start game, containing the 3 first chapters, you can unlock the others by buying the DLC. But there's no traditional DLC outfits and stuff xDSo, and what's this talk about a dlc
