Hacking Dsiwarehax still possible for people without the game?

Hi! Im a little new here so sorry if I'm a little noob.

Right now fbi is now compatible for 11.0 thanks to waithax/slowhax. my idea was to use fbi to install one of the dsiware games that are exploitable then go from there. The problem with that is you cannot install a cia file on 11.0 if it doesn't have a proper signature. and so far I haven't had any luck finding a cia for it that worked for me. if anyone can make a .cia of one of the exploitable dsiware game that can be used on any system that can use fbi, Please let me know!(or tell me how wrong I am assuming that that's possible)

Legit cias cant be made, this are obtained by dumping games that came preinstalled in a console (like a bundle). There's no console that has a dsigame preinstalled

Technically they can! We just don't know how to sign them, if we had some keys or whatever you need we could, but ya know, we don't.

interesting , do you have links to last years cool stuff? new to the 3ds hacking scene but not new to the gadget hacking scene (Android nerd for last 6 years so would love to read).
