Homebrew how do i go to Homebrew after downgrading to 9.2.0-20E?

i use oot3dhax to get to Homebrew but i downgraded my OLD3ds to 9.2.0-20E and when i use oot3dhax it just says "The homemenu ropbin is ready." and stays stuck help?

You can use Browserhax on 9.2.
edit: if you have downgraded with the dsiware / hardmod method, i don't know. Try to... reinstall the oot exploit?!
