Hello, my girlfriend wants a Ditto and I flashed one with pkhex on my save. If I want to trade it to her via wifi, it comes to a problem. Did I something wrong?

Are you trading from sun to either moon or another sun game? Or does it tell you that ditto can't be traded

Then, it's not legal. Only legal pokémon can be traded over wifi.

in pkhex, next to the pokemon there will be a green check mark which means its legal and can be traded. a red x means illegal and cant be traded or used online.

You don't have to check up. If it doesn't let you go online, then it's not legal. There might be some minor information that made it illegal, like level caught, pokeball, etc.
