1) Probably wasn't a priority for them. The Wii was hacked to hell and back, but still did remarkably well for them.
2) It's a choice, and one that only hurts an extremely small number of users. Importers are definitely a minority, so let's not act like region-locked games are the worst thing ever. Sony and Microsoft make their own blunders (You know, like the Vita)
3) Hardware means nothing (3DS to Vita comparison), and what? Cheaper dev team? You know this how? Oh wait, you're just saying random things. OK.
4) How exactly? They tend to fair extremely well as a company, and so far are the only ones capable of handling the handheld market and console market without being overwhelmingly incompetent. Even the Wii U, being a complete mess, isn't crap. And they funneled as much support into the thing as they could.
5) Literally everyone, everywhere releases region-exclusive crap. How is that suddenly a Nintendo thing? I mean, really, unless you're using this as a second attempt at complaining over region locks, this is a completely useless comment.
Also, you totally called them incompetent for having dumb devs and needing to ask "major hackers" for help. So... Yeah.
Note: Not defending Nintendo and stupid shit they do, but your remarkably off base comments rubbed me the wrong way. Carry on.
