Hacking Super Mario N3DS browserhax not working

I'm trying to load the browserhax on my N3DS (FW 11.0) following this guide (https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(browser)) Every time i scan the QR code to load the site all i see is yellow then gray then it goes back to the homescreen saying an error has occurred. I looked at some other posts and here's what i've been doing with no luck

See the error.
1. Shut down my 3ds
2. delete webkithax_tmp.bin from my SD Card
3. Clear browser data
4. Scan the QR Code again

Tried deleting the 3DS folder and the boot.3dsx file and putting them back onto my SD card (Not replacing but really deleting and putting back).

Formatting my N3DS and recreating the theme folders then trying again.

So far nothing is working. Any helps would be great at this point.

If you have a powersaves and OOT3D, you could try a primary exploit from that.

Unfortunately i don't have a powersave. I just saw this guide for it https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-install-oot3dhax.396339/ but not sure how to do this for a FW 11.0
Any noob guides?

make sure you have the boot.3dsx in the root of your card. also, BHax takes a few tries to get going occasionally .

Does this work even if my O3DS is on 11.2 and my N3DS is on 11.0? I thought i needed to do ctr-httpwn on my N3DS first

This section is only needed for New 3DS on version 10.7.0 and 11.0.0

Yes, but Steelhax will break after you transfer it. Then you just get a hold of the payload for that System version. All is in the guide if you do the none browser way.

I think you didn't setup the router blocking of conntest.nintendowifi.net correctly, or you skipped Section III entirely.

Nope i made extra sure i blocked it. I double checked my firewall logs to ensure that it was blocked and i didn't get the update nag screen.
