I recently found out about homebrew but unluckily i was late to hear about not updating to firmware 11.2. I've seen many guides on YouTube concerning paid ways to get Homebrew (NinjHax, Oothax, etc) and as a 14 year old i don't have the money required at my exposal. But after searching the internet i was able to find a CubicNinja(USA).cia file so my question is: " Is there a way to install this Cia file (or FBI) without Homebrew so i can install Ninjhax."

PS: I don't have any of the tools necessary for a an Dsiware or NFIRM Hardmod Downgrade, I've literally researched for days HELLLLP!! I have no money and this is the only way to get to play all the games I've ever wanted to play. Ive also already seen plailect guide.

You could sell everything to Gamestop, list things on Craigslist, trade items that are in demand, and find places that give you a discount for being a student. Maybe after that and some luck, find someone (on these forums) who would downgrade for you.

It's not the best solution, but it's faster than soon™.

Sorry to say but you are kind of out of luck. The only option for Cia is a CFW. On 11.2 you need to downgrade, either with a hardmod or with a DSi Downgrade that already require a second 3DS that is already hacked with A9LH.

Another option is a Sky3DS+, it's a flashcard. I personally can't recommend it if you don't read up on it first.

Not to come off as rude but when people say hardmod or dsiware downgrade are the only two ways get a cfw they aren't recommendations they mean it those are the only two options. There's literally nothing you can do.
Yeah I figured a long time ago. But i just wanted to try one more time before i would give up on Homebrewing. And IF ANYONE FINDS A NEW FREE MATHOD OF HOMBREWING OR DOWNGRADING PLEASE NOTIFY ME. THANKS FOR YOU GUYS HELP.

I had my first proper job aged 13 (Macca's), and was babysitting & doing odd jobs for neighbours from age 11 so there's no reason why you can't work and earn your own money. It's even better this way because you have a clear, modest goal to aim for (~$100 for a 2DS and the DSiWare game).

Work is scarce in America. So scarce, Donald Trump is our President-elect. He's going to fire people and shizzle.

Sadly seriously, it's really bad out here. To be under 16 and trying to get a job is akin to slave-labor. They will treat you like garbage because you can only work X amount of hours a week, and the pay is abysmal. On top of that, you have grown adults who literally need to support their families. As an employer, I would only hire those who could stay on-board and really, really needed the money.

Oh man, the years between January 1st, 1993 - September 10th, 2001 are like sys ver 9.2 to the now, 11.2

Oh, that sounds pretty rough. You don't really see any adults working in Macca's here, it's all teenagers :-/ I can't imagine trying to support myself let alone a family on a wage like that. I think I started on about $8 an hour (as a 13 year old in 1999-2000, not sure what the rate is now). Poor things!!

What about babysitting though? Nobody is going to be babysitting for a living, so you wouldn't feel too guilty about taking jobs away from an adult then.

Wow, they payed you the big bucks. I was making $5.25 at a ski resort when I was 14 ('02), but thankfully, I had the ability to gain skills that were high in demand (cough, construction helper who did betch work, cough), plus, I'm a really good painter.

But for a 14 year-old, in this economy, not even baby-sitting is a guaranteed easy gig, but it has turned into a career. Hell, shoveling snow isn't even as lucrative as it used to be.

This is why 40% of the USA is on government assistance. And, the rent is too damn high.

Ouch! Sounds tough! At least your entrepreneurial skills will be well tested (you want something - no easy-to-get jobs - have to figure out something)!
