I suppose the o3ds is ofw. Nope, you can't perform a system transfer from a n3ds to an o3ds.

Nope sorry, you can't perform a transfer from N3DS to O3DS.
You can only do:
O3DS to O3DS
O3DS to N3DS
N3DS to N3DS
