Hacking Move installed games from CFW to n3ds?

Getting a new3ds, since my old one is banned and I've wanted to play isaac for a while.
Was wondering if there was a way to use my ticket file or smth to just copy all of the games that I've """"backed up""""" to the n3ds once I install a9lh.
