Homebrew Dsi downgrade still working?

So i heard that fieldrunners was taken down, and some of the other dsiware games are throwing errors. I have a9lh , and i would prefer not to screw myself over, but does anybody have confirmation that the dsiware downgrade is still working? It seems stupid but i dont want my friend to waste 10 bucks

There is still legends of exidia which is an exploitable game that is still on the eShop. I bought it myself and installed dgTool. Have yet to test the system transfer because my New 3DS XL did not come yet. It costs 7 bucks though instead of 5. I'll update you if everything went well.

It was a limited time offer.
But still, if you owned any of the games used for the exploit, they are still downloadable through the eShop. That's basically the point I am trying to get at.
