Given 32-bit games can’t be ported to Switch at the moment, it does make idea of porting a IOS or Android 32-bit emulator interesting.
Emulators like TouchHLE android offer 32-bit IOS Emulation for IOS 2 & 3 with 2x, 3x or 4x resolution boost with little performance loss. Theres other PC related ports as well for IOS or android emulators but might be x86.
An Android Wrapper for TouchHLE or newer fork HyperHLE might be interesting.
On the switch Compatibility list, a Erista model has been testing games with what seems to be decent results. I dont know scale of compatibility maybe theres some gems or games not available currently on switch.
