Hacking Issues injecting fbi with hourglass9

NEVERMIND, I NEVER UPDATED FROM 2.1.0, I'M AN IDIOT

Hey everyone!
I have an o3ds running 9.2.0 and I'm currently following the guide at https://plailect.github.io
I've gotten a9lh installed, but can't get fbi installed. I have the appropriate .app on the sd card in the files9 folder, but hourglass can't find it. The only .app available to inject into health and safety is the original health and safety app that I dumped.

I can't use the arrow keys to select anything else, and it's not frozen because I can hit b to return to a previous menu.
Am I missing something? The only help in the guide is regarding gateway downgraded devices and I checked to make sure that didn't apply to me, even though I've never even owned a gateway.
If nobody can figure out why hourglass won't inject fbi, can someone tell me another way to get fbi running? It's frustrating because I've gotten this far only to get stuck installing an app.

Press left and right n the dpad , not up and down. Or put the mod .app in place of the backup then have hourglass restore it

i Have the same problem guys: BUT IM ON 11.2 W/Luma and CFW, fbi inject is not appearing on hourglass, PLS HALP
