Guys i'm having trouble with replacing overworld models. When I goto replace one model with another in a/1/9/6 the model doesn't change to the one that I replaced it with, is there more than one model of a specific person in the GARC, or am I just looking in the wrong GARC?

I wanna know how can I rip my own pokemon models from Sun and Moon too.
I know where the models are, but I dunno how to unpack those goddamn GARC files and upen the Bin files without crashing my Ohana3DS Rebirth.
Plz, Do not ask me to compile the most updated Ohana3DS Rebirth, becuz I already did it. :P

please, I'm getting nervous with this, and I cannot rely on those disrespecful jerks of Models Resource who keeps repping down my main account, due for their INTERNET SERIOUS BUSINESS shenanigams of *censored* me, for just ASKING RTB What the *censored* was the reason he was *censored* gone from over 9 months when I was waiting for a *censored* Bunnelby model. It was ALL HIS FAULT. And I will never return to that stupid homepage community, unless they rep me up to +20 on my main account... and of course, I will NOT upload my ripped models from Toriko Gourmet Monsters, Dragon Quest Monster Joker, and the remainder of Yu-gi-oh Saikyou Card battle. All of them, BCH formats.
I'm too old to be a babysitter for squeakers.
even to understand the complexity of Hex editing, any wrong modification that leads to corruption or errors, isn't just my kind of stuff to do. and I cannot understand byte arrays and rows. (TT_TT)

I need ALL of those pokemon models. for god's sake.
and you're the only ones who can help me, Not anyone else.

Does anyone have the GARC location for UI Sprites (bag, dex, etc...) and map models + textures (Pokemon center, houses, buildings, trees, etc) please?

PK3DS has been updated to support S/M, but I'm having trouble compiling it from Github, its saying 'the debug target is missing', the target being pk3ds.exe, which obviously doesn't exist yet. Am I doing it wrong? Would someone be able to post a compiled version?

Btw i dont have CFW although i do have a way to use homebrew, and i used braindump to dump my pokemon sun and got not a folder but a cxi file? Could someone tell me if its possible for me to get the romfs, and code.bin needed to run pk3ds, or do i really need to have cfw on my 3ds cause i have no way of getting that.

Does anyone know where NPC Data is stored?

As in, where the data that tells the game what model/name the NPC will use?

I don't really want to model swap just to change 1 NPC.
