now i cant even update with recovery mode so im out of ideas :(

NAND backup + Hardmod.
Otherwise you're SoL. If you had an emunand you surely must have kept a backup, yes?
Alternately, Ask people if you can use a computer program to back up your emunand back to NAND.bin

I'm good with 002-0102. I removed it with this method!

Now... 022-2812. I called minutes ago Ninty and they couldn't resolve it. Even tho I knew the "BIG FUCK YOU" they are giving. xDD

Don't do it if you don't know how to solder, you may end up worse than you already are. The NAND backup will get your 3ds back to the state it used to be when you did the backup, which means you'll lose some stuff but not all.

Keep in mind that if the backup you have is from emunand and it's at 11.2 YOU'LL HAVE AN UNMODDED CONSOLE, and will be exactly at the same place recovery mode would take you.
As long as the backup is 10.3 or below, you're golden. With the advantage of being in 9.2 being that you don't need to downgrade if you restore to that version, whereas in 10.4 or below you'd still have to downgrade to get your stuff back.

I know that several people said that the 022-2812 ban was permanent... but I have to confirm that IT'S A FACT.

The Ninty lady told me and also... I think I blew it because when I said my email at the start to the spanish guy before being transferred, she found that my email was on that NNID. FUCK after I said that my ""friend"" did that XDDDD

Anyways, she said the same thing about the message of unauthorized code on the console. "A ban from japan on November 15th and is indeed permanent and it can't be removable"

...means that any kind of situation you'll give, they will NOT UNBAN YOU. NO MATTER WHAT.

I would like to double confirm this, 1) because I called and told them mine was stolen and I wanted to move my acc back to my old 3DS and 2) because I just remembered I have a GBAtemp account c:

I think I'm pretty much over not having a NNID now. With CFW I can find anything I wanna redownload and filling the pokedex a second time would be super fun as an inbetween semester project.

I would say it's pretty confirmed that the NNID is not really banned. As my (and several other users) WiiU's work just fine.
I see posts stating you can "unlink your NNID" with a special build of Luma(?), my question is this: Has anyone confirmed that they can log onto a new 3DS (not banned) with their old account?
I happen to have a new device laying here, but I was afraid to use my old NNID so I made a new one. All tho I now realize that I no longer will be collecting points for my old "My Nintendo" page.

Ok, Nintendo just responded to my inquiry via e-mail. The e-mail reads:

Hello,

Thank you for patiently awaiting for a reply on your situation. Unfortunately, given the information you provided, we will be unable to cancel the ban on your system.

I understand this isn't what you wanted to hear, and certainly appreciate your understanding in this matter. For more information, please review on our support site (support.nintendo.com) the End User Licensing Agreement that pertains to
your system:

They don't even state if the system was banned because of them detecting the Pokemon leaks on it or not. They just basically said:
Yeah, your banned, f--k you. Go buy a new new3DS b--ch. F--K YOU WE NINTENDO! WE DO WHAT WE WANT ROUNDEYE!

The information that I provided was:
"I turned on my 3DS and was trying to play Mario Kart 7 - a retail cart - online. I can even provide proof that I own this game if you need it"
I provided my system's final didget on the serial NO, and my Friend Code.

Nice to know they care this much about their customers to not even state why they banned my system.
At least Xbox Support TELLS YOU WHY.

Glad I manually un-banned my system. This is the 2nd time my Old 3DS has bailed me out.
Lesson learned: NO INSTALLING LEAKED TITLES. Using FreeShop from now on!

Also; F--K YOU NINTENDO! F--K YOU FOR HOLDING BACK ZELDA, AND F--K YOU FOR RANDOMLY BANNING ME WITHOUT EVEN STATING WHY!

I think I'm going to wait on getting the Nintendo Switch now-I got a funny feeling that the price of the system may drop within the first few months of it being out.

So essentially;
Nintendo JPN issued the bans, told NONE of their branching offices why, and REFUSE to un-ban their systems.
So to the people out there that actually bought the games and got BANANA'D by Iwatta's ghost, I feel your pain.

I understand this isn't what you wanted to hear, and certainly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Yeah, I understand completely;
F--K YOU GIVE ME MORE MONEY!!

Hey everyone. I have deleted the Lurantis's dump (Title and Key) and I have downloaded the freeshop version. Do you guys think that is necessary to change the started date of my save via PKHex? I started to play the game before the release. Also, what is the save's secure value? I have only made a backup from my Lurantis's save via JK's Save Manager and then imported to the freeshop version, and seemed to work flawless.

I didn't go online yet. I'm still a litte bit afraid.

You know why you were banned. No one accidently installs CFW and pirates an unreleased game. Don't blame nintendo for your mistake.

I never played the game online before release.
CFW and CIAs are undetectable. It's because people were playing a Digital Title online when a Digital Title shouldn't exist.
Also, I NEVER PLAYED THE DIGITAL TILE ONLINE.

Apparently, someone on this thread secretly works at Nintendo.

Are you sure? I played offline every day with the leaked moon cia and I'm 100% not banned.

Was your internet connection enabled or completely disabled?
The ONLY THING I did was use NTR's Memory Patch to screen-capture the game before it was released. I can only assume that is what flagged the system.

I did have Wi-Fi enabled, but I've lurked around this forum and there are plenty of people that have claimed that they had Wi-Fi on the whole time and were never Banana'd.

CIAs have always been detectable, nintendo just chose not to ban unless you gave them reason to. Calling them just confirms the ban since they check that you were indeed using an illegal copy
Uh, WRONG!
You must not know how CIAs work. Go LURK MOAR.
Stop posting mis-information.
If this was true, then EVER PERSON that EVER WENT TO THAT ISO SITE or used FREESHOP would be BANNED right now for ANY GAME. Not just Pokemon.

The way pirated games are detected online is usually because with flashcards, it uses the cartridge header.
When you use CIAs and play online, it uses the System's Header, which is INDISTINGUISHABLE from legitimate digital titles.

If you used NTR memory screen capture and that requires wifi to work, then this somehow activates the online mode in pokémon, which is indeed what got you banned.
Saw another case of this in another of the topics about the bans, the guy had never played online prior to release, but used NTR to record some stuff and got flagged/banned a few days ago.

Additionally, leaving spotpass on and putting the console to sleep has also been marked as the cause for bans to some people.

EDIT: The way NTR "activates" the online is that pokemon is not connected to online by default, just -local- (orange icon where the signal bars are), unless you specifically tell the game to use the online features, it will stay at local mode. NTR however somehow forces an ALWAYS online mode (to be able to stream) hence giving pokemon permission to connect even if you didn't. That's the gist of what i understood around the forum.
