Nobody wants to share the Local Friend Code Seed with me, I know it should not be shared publicly and that's why I ask it privately.

But nobody wants to help me, and I do not know anyone who has their 3DS modded. (Again sorry for my Bad English)
sounds like you are kind of stuck, dude. dunno, but I do have my roomate's 3ds that he rarely uses that I modded. But then again, I still don't know if my 3ds is banned and don't feel like checking it so I might need the seed for that 3ds. Plus both 3dses are on luma emunand and not a9lh (no experience installing it or need to install it at this time.). I read the tutorial about unbanning and people with emunand were having issues with 3dses bricking, so it all depends.

Hey you guys, I just did some research and may have found something. You (theoretically) might be able to unban yourself with ONE 3DS!!! This is my idea...
1. Backup your NAND and SD (you'll see later on...)
2. On the 3ds, download TinyFormat
3. Click on it, wait for it to nuke your NAND
Please Note: Now that you have reset your 3ds, you should now have a new movable.sed file (and thus a new friendcode file)
4. (Assuming you have A9LH) Go into Decrypt9, and dump the friendcode file
5. Restore SD backup
6. Restore NAND backup
7. Check to see if everything is the way you left it
8. Follow the tutorial as you wish...

Please Note: This is ONLY A THEORY! I have heard of people unbanning themselves by formatting, and this is immediately what I thought of. I cannot test it myself because my 3ds isn't banned, even though it should (theoretically) work. Plus, if you backup (like I said) then you have nothing to lose. Anyways, happy gaming!

Another thing: If this actually does work, that would solve a lot of issues... That would be super wicked... THIS DOESN'T WORK!!!
You guys may also want to go on here, I found some great info:

I have the updated Arm9 and I used this method and it worked for me

I had the error code 026-6901 after trying a different method and this is the only one that allowed me into eShop. If anyone needs more information I will be happy to help

I have the error code 026-6901 after trying this method, how can I fix it ?

No, it's a theory I came up with when I heard people can unban their 3ds (not NNID, just online games) by formatting. Even though they used system format, I thought Tiny Format might work better...
Edit: Can someone please try this? If it works then it could be a really effective method because there would be little risk of getting banned again...

Is it at ALL possible to get the files you need from an old nand backup from a different system without actually having that system?

I sent my new 3ds in to nintendo for repairs after a failed downgrade but before then I had backed up the nand and stuff. They switched the MB in the system and sent it back to me, so that old backup should work, if its possible.
Don't even try to restore that back up to the new board or you will brick it all over again.
