Even if they're not banned, they're not going to buy anything anyway, so they're losing nothing, really. (Not saying this to every pirates. Some buys the game even after they pirate.)You make no sense. Why do you want Nintendo to lose all those sales? Banned consoles can't buy games and cause loss of customers. This ban is costing them a lot of money. A lot of banned people would be upset enough to quit Nintendo, which means Nintendo missses out on thousands of dollars of future sales per customer, so millions. The combined exponential effect of less customers could reach into the billions.
Also, they're only blocked out from buying digital copies. It's like people forget what a physical copy even is.
You can go out, right now, and purchase yourself a physical copy if you REALLY want to support the franchise.
