So, before the process I've backup the "Nintendo 3DS" folder and after the end of the long downgrade and transfer process I've return it to sd card. Unfortunately, my games, saves, data won't show up. I have so many nand backups and don't know how to proceed.

You must restore your emunand (you need a .bin back up) into sysnand to keep that data in the main system.
Oh ok!

If I'm correct, it's located in
Installing arm9loaderhax in Section IV of the Plailect Guide
That says the following:
If, before following this guide, you already had an EmuNAND setup and would like to move the contents of your previous EmuNAND to your new SysNAND CFW, now is the time to follow Move EmuNAND instead of doing the first step in this section.

I have similar issue, but I think from what you're saying there I might not be able to solve my issue.

I did the a9lh process but I removed my Nintendo 3DS folder from the SD Card BEFORE I ran Emunand and installed. I could sure redownload my purchases, but I also lost all my Streetpass games and my saves. I'm a SOL right?

Oooooh you erased the "Nintendo 3DS" folder completely!? o.o

That's EmuNAND all right... that means ... you lost all that data. :(

So what I did was I removed the Nintendo 3DS folder from my SD card BEFORE I did the process. But I backed up the Nintendo 3DS folder on my computer so I still have the old folder.

Is that Emunand though?

Did you use an emunand before the a9lh proccess?

No, I've never used an emunand to install and play games, but I've created one, I've started an older Luma 3DS guide but stopped at 2.10 downgrade due a 11.2 emunand update! So, I just put a NEW sd card and switched to a new al9h guide that use ctrtransfer and its much more simple. Anyway, I have emuNAND.bin/.sha and emuNAND_formatted.bin/.sha, also sysNAND.bin/sha and original_sysNAND.bin/sha. Also have that nand backups created in the al9h process.

Thanks for the reply.

The Nintendo3DS folder keeps the data, but without the Nand access you can't use that data. If you have the Nintendo3DS folder on your new SD card, just restore your non-formatted emunand using H9 (Pressing start/payload button for it while booting) into your sysnand keeping a9lh.

It's really safe restore a sysnand using an emunand?

So, In hourglass9:

SysNAND Backup/Restore...>SysNAND Restore (keep a9lh)> and a will select the emuNAND_original.bin? (the first one I've created)

After it, the game will show up or I will need login my NNID?
Thanks!

Of course, your emunand will be your new sysnand, so you won't need the emunand partition anymore.

Yep ^^

Sorry to interrupt, but will any of the above help me? To recap I have an emunand.bin formed AFTER I removed my Nintendo 3DS folder with my saves and purchases, but I also have the old Nintendo 3DS folder still.

Restore your emunand backup (.bin file) to your sysnand then copy back to the sd card your Nintendo 3DS folder.

Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Thanks annson24, work like a charm.

Yep ^^

Apparently it worked perfectly! Manurocker95 made my day! The games are back, the save data, even my coins, activity log and the Safety & Health original icon (but with the FBI banner) and the system is Ver. 11.2.0-35 now.

I've copied the "Nintendo 3DS folder" to the computer and deleted it from sd card before I make that nand backup. Its the same situation.

Yeah, but more simple, Katsuhira-kun.

@AncientBoi, Yeah, believe you can do PSP games as well. But a Pi5 is much powerful in comparison.

Not sure about other models of Pi4 but the Pi 4 B with 8GBs OCed to 2Ghz handles PSP really great except like 1 game I found and it is playable it just looks bad lol Motor Storm Arctic something or other.

Other games I can have turned up to like 2X and all kinds of enhancements, Motorstorm hmmm nope 1X and no enhancements lol

This looks like one of their premium models, so... $150 :glare:

    To me that seems reasonable.

I mean since basically all the games are errmmm free lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean yeah sure but the specs are the same as a $50 model, it's just those pesky "quality of life" things driving up the price, like an actually working speaker, or buttons that don't melt, and stuff like that.

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet :(
  • Veho @ Veho:
Yeah that's what I hate about the RPi, it's supposedly $30 or something but it takes an additional $200 of accessories to actually turn it into a working something.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
yes that's the expensive part lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I mean sure it's flexible and stuff but so is uremum but it's fiddly.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Yeah a lot of it I consider a hobby, using Batocera I am constantly adjusting the collection adding and removing stuff, scraping the artwork. Haven't even started on some music for the theme... Also way down the road I am considering attempting to do a WiiFlow knock off lol
  • Veho @ Veho:
I want everything served on a plate plz ktnx, "work" is too much work for me.
  • Veho @ Veho:
Hmm, with that in mind, maybe a complete out-the-box solution with all the games collected, pacthed and optimized for me would be worth $150
