It does, but it's a bit dodgy as all he gives you are the files, speaking of which, can you dm me once he does it for you so I can compare the seed to make sure he actually is handing out unique ones?

the servers have a time limt thing or some thing so it automatily unbans you after 15 days

I am already banned, but if I was not, I would not be the one to test that unless I had a junk 2ds lying around. The answer is PROBABLY no, but who knows.

The file is ok, my own tool and pkhex say that all checksums and sizes are ok, valid signature.
The problem is your save manager, try save data filer or try a new game and then inject the save.
Note: don't post your save online guys... it contains console unique id's, with this nintendo can identify your console...
