Yeah but it's never been for a major banwave for a flagship title before release. There are WAY too many variables involved to assume this is like every other case.
the servers have a time limt thing or some thing so it automatily unbans you after 15 days

its a temp ban don't freak out this error code has happed before when people played a game online early and it expires in 15 days
We still have no idea, in fact we have more evidence pointing towards it being a perma-ban than temp. There's no use getting people's hopes up just for it to be dashed in 15 days when they may find it is in fact a perma-ban

What did you back up the save with JK's Save Manager? I've had no problems with it and was able to import my Lurantis save into Sun just fine, maybe yours did get corrupted.

don't get people's hopes up
I used the save manager from the homebrew channel but I kept getting a red screen ever since I downloaded the games from eshop. How do I give you guys my main file. What's a good filesharing website to upload too.

i don;t think it would be a perma ban like if you have never got banned before it should be 15 days they would only perma ban repeat offnders

My brain is melty goo right now, but anyone who deleted 'fomantis' for a v16/32 and had problems with F-shop (continually retrying) or 'other' eshop problems (err. 005-4222), reset your internet connections IN the 3ds 'internet settings'. Everything....is loading, at least.

...Did you boyfriend's brother-in-law hack his console as well? It could be just the regular eShop post-release wonkiness. It actually sounds like he miraculously managed to miss the ban wave.

Hi, I'm using my boyfriend account to reply to you. My brother in law's ds has not been hacked and he purchased his copy earlier this month. My hacked console is updated to 11.2 version on arm9loaderhax, 9.2 when it was hacked.

Yes, from what I understand. You're taking the problem and pushing it somewhere else.

They have never banned for flagship leaks before, nor have they given the eShop ban before. Assume it is permanent.
the error code has happedn when people played other games online early before and they had the same error code and it was 15 days

Okay, first try to play any other online game for a second just so we can confirm that your boyfriend's 3ds isn't banned. If you don't get an error message, you're in the clear for now. That would suggest that you just need to wait for the eShop algorithm to update/correct itself (rebooting the 3ds might help after 12 ET).

I copy and pasted the main file on FBI into the Pokemon Moon save directory cause I kept getting the red screen too on JKSM.

No, they have not. You are mistaken. 022 bans (such as the eShop ban) have historically been permanent, and the most memorable instance of them is with Badge Arcade, where... you guessed it! They were permanent.
