Well, looks like I'm banned :(

Does this ban affect my ability to access FeeShop and update from there? I would assume not, but I have no idea.
Nope freeshop is perfectly fine/usable. it's now your only option as well until either a bypass or you're unbanned (unlikely but never know.)

What is the right way to remove Pokemon Moon?

Is removing the game and deleting the ticket enough? What else needs to be done?

So I'm currently re-downloading the pre-release from eShop, once downloaded it should say 32 in the version string yea?

No, those don't authenticate with the servers.
You just can't use Miiverse/eShop/PokeBank until we figure out how to bypass 022 if necessary
We can bypass 002 but I'm just waiting to see if it goes away in 2 weeks.

Its said it's a temp ban hyped ban for those who kept messing up it may be lifted on release day or 15 days
Just wondering but realistically would it be a temporary ban? (obviously it's possible) but realistically they know for certainty we've all got cfw and they almost certainly know we've got illegitimate cias (moon/sun/whatever got you banned) so wouldn't it almost certainly be permanent because they know we could just install cias and shit?

Queno, sorry if I've asked before but I'm trying to keep track. Do you get both errors?

except 022-2812 was given to repeat offenders a while back,
and those fellas are still banned.

It's possible that they would want to ban us for eternity.
