Gaming Has anyone gotten banned from playing Pokemon Moon online?

So what I'd I bought a console from Gameshop that was 022 banned? they don't check NNID or eShop for errors before buying or selling. So wouldn't Nintendo still have to fix it?

I think that, while a crappy situation, would be up to you to beg Gamestop to take it back or exchange it.

So in theory why couldn't people just tell Ninty they bought the console second hand and it was already banned. they don't know who has the actual console just that it was banned. I wouldn't put it past people to sell them to GS and buy a new one......

That's what a lot of people are planning to do to get unbanned but if enough people do it then they're gonna start doubting people, potentially legitimate victims. In any case, a lot of innocent people are gonna be screwed.

Which is why this whole console ban without personal info is dumb in general. a lot of innocent users get the burnt of it.
