Looks to me like it's copying from some "src" that you're supposed to supply. Oh well no worries, deleting the random file isn't a big deal, I can always just redownload the game. I just don't understand why I can't upload rom.zip :(
Yea, if you "uninstall" it, wont that file get removed as well?

i fuckin love u so much ! Nice fucking good job @FIX94 ! :bow:

Works fine here, french langage in system menu.

Just a detail : if you launch one time homebrew channel with this and exit to menu, you can't relaunch homebrew channel with this method again (freeze). Its not a problem, you can relaunch it with Mii Maker anyway ;)

This is normal, since it overwrites (temporarly) miimaker. It's like if you try to run the hbl from browser again, it will most likely freeze.

@hippy dave I highly doubt that you are using either the correct iosuhax or wupclient version, make sure to at least download this one
https://github.com/FIX94/iosuhax/blob/master/wupserver/wupclient.py
and copy the FULL LOG of the output you get here if its an error because there should not be any problem.
Oh brilliant, that did it, thanks! I was using the wupclient.py from your wuphax v1.0

So it's working now, I can get into HBL offline, big thanks FIX94 and indeed smealum.

Ha I literally just did that, whoops :)

can someone help me with this? I keep trying to install a custom theme for the new "homebrew launcher" but my wii u keeps freezing when I try to upload large files:
Code:
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
  File "wupclient.py", line 578, in up
    ret = self.FSA_WriteFile(fsa_handle, file_handle, data)
  File "wupclient.py", line 239, in FSA_WriteFile
    (ret, data) = self.ioctlv(handle, 0x10, [inbuffer, data], [0x293])
  File "wupclient.py", line 155, in ioctlv
    inbufs = [(self.load_buffer(b, 0x40), len(b)) for b in inbufs]
  File "wupclient.py", line 119, in load_buffer
    address = self.alloc(len(b), align)
  File "wupclient.py", line 109, in alloc
    return self.svc(0x28, [0xCAFF, size, align])
  File "wupclient.py", line 73, in svc
    ret, data = self.send(2, data)
  File "wupclient.py", line 45, in send
    response = self.s.recv(0x600)
socket.error: [Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond
any way to stop this from happening? thks running latest everything from @FIX94 's fork of iosuhax

Hmmm I'm not sure if I understand what you are trying to do. Are you trying to change the icon and splashcreen of your haxchi game, or is it a homebrew launcher theme? I thought themes were saved to SD card.

Like I said it's a theme for the new homebrew launcher which is haxchi yeah I can't seem to upload the biggest files without it freezing my wii u part way through , it can handle small files no problem though

whats a "large" file to you? I've easly uploaded serveral 100 mb to my wiiu without a single problem, is your wlan connection unstable maybe? move your wiiu closer to your router?

By a large file I Mean larger than 3MB since it takes almost 10 minutes to complete
Just so I know there's nothing wrong with the image I compiled here is the md5 :
91aec1450002169e68c86ed1dc75cdbd
Just tell me if it matches latest build thanks and I have never had problems sith stability on my wlan before so it's not that and my wii u is only 5 meters away from the router so it can't be that either

bootTvTex.tga => 2,63Mo / bootDrcTex.tga => 1,17Mo / iconTex.tga => 64Ko / meta.xml => 10 Ko

Not too large anyway ;)

you better put that in a spoiler, cause that fills up the entire screen. Anyways, from wikipedia:
"Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day!, also known as Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training: How Old Is Your Brain? in PAL regions, is an entertainment video game that employs puzzles."
So yea that name seems about right. Also a kirby backport will probably happen later today.
Nice. Been waiting for kirby US

It we can Cold boot into iosuhax redNAND is no longer of any use as it wont let us do anything more than iosuhax already can with sysnand
