Homebrew Can't install Hyrule Warriors Legends v1.60 update

Hello.
I have a problem.

So I just installed Hyrule Warriors Legends on the 3DS and booted it to create a save file, rebooted the 3DS just incase.

Then I tried to install the update cia and I get an error:

Failed to install CIA file.
Result code: 0xD8E08065
Level: Permanent (27)
Summary: Invalid argument (7)
Module: AM (32)
Desc: Error type -1 (101)

How do I install the update and why is this error?

I'm not sure about the error, but why can't you update it normally? Out of region?

Not out of region, but ever since I use homebrew, CFW and stuff, I never touched the eShop, even though I'm on 11.2 emuNAND. So it's really 100% safe to use the eShop for the update?

It is 100% safe. Just launch the game like normally and pres update instead of start

I also installed DLC and works aswell.
When I look at the DLC things in the menu, I see the DLC maps for 3DS + Wii U!
So can I just download the DLC for free on the Wii U version of the game?

Not a chance. The way that works is the receipt from purchasing it has a code for the wii u one.
