- Tyrquake default control layout is weird as fuck

So far there's nothing else i noticed that isn't noted here
Sady at least for me the configs are not saved after reboot.
And you can't save ingame.

(I set my config to L2 jump, R2 shoot, R L straift, and x and b to look up down, and a to change weapon

Did you remember to go to Main Menu>Configs>Save Current Config?
Also, remember to exit by the exit button and enable save on exit in the settings.

Hey,

maybe some of you have a use case for this.

Retro Launcher

it's a quick mod of Dimoks HBL to keep the many RetroArch cores seperate from the other Wii U Homebrews. You launch it fom the HBL and it opens another instance of it, which is listing the RetroArch cores. You have to put the cores to sd:/wiiu/retro/*. To simply go back to the Hbl, just put a copy of the homebrew_launcher in the retro directory.

Clever idea! That will do until the cores can be loaded dynamically!

Question:
Can someone tell me how´s working the MGBA core on the latest build please??
it is working nice and stable??

By the way, reloading Quake on tyrquake without getting back to HBL gives a DSI exception error

I haven't seen this one yet? Was on the list on page 3.....
"GW (Game & Watch)"
Would be fun to play some good old Game&Watch on the WiiU...

Nice! You have to make that into rednand format!

Thanks. I have no Rednand yet. I hope for coldboot into patched Sysnand in the future.

You can use sysnand to install unsigned titles
Just tried with Mighty switch force, on USB from sysNAND: worked successfully!

To make it clear for anyone confused (supposed you're on the wiiu menu and you have the CFW Booter homebrew on your SD Card):
1) put fw.img (any should do it, but be careful where you find it) to the root of the sd card
2) Launch Internet Browser then Homebrew Launcher (on loadiine.ovh)
3) Load CFW Booter, the screen will become red with "Welcome to redNAND" then "Initializing" written on it, don't worry, it's gonna launch that fw.img file
3a) Wait like 10 seconds, the wiiu will reboot to the menu.
4) Launch Internet Browser and the Homebrew Launcher again
5) Now Load "WupInstaller Mod y"
6) Press X to install your Eshop game/DLC on your USB or external HDD
6a) If it worked, you should see the install is in progress
7) Once done successfully, press home, you're gonna be redirected to Mii Maker: press Home then WiiU Menu
8) ????????
9) Profit !!

I know my english isn't that good for tutorials, but that's how i proceeded accorded to what Kohmei said, just wanted to make it easier and clearer for you all, i hope it is now~

PS: The game/dlc will probably no longer work once you shutdown the console, if so:
Repeat the steps 2 and 3 then lunch your game/dlc from wiiu menu. Simply easy.
PPS: Once you did steps above, as long you keep your wiiu on, you can just repeat steps 4 to 7 for each content you want to install separately.
I can confirm it works having installed Super Mario Bros NES and Kirby return to dreamland with this to sysnand

Ehhh, that's not sysNAND.
If you use CFW Booter and a fw.img, that's redNAND, heck even the steps mentions it:

3) Load CFW Booter, the screen will become red with "Welcome to redNAND" then "Initializing" written on it, don't worry, it's gonna launch that fw.img file
