Open FBI, go to Titles, find game, select Delete Title + Tickets, reinstall game.

Well ORAS checks suck bad anyway.
I have a good amount of legit shinies (SV hatching and stuff).
I have a caught 4 IV Thundurus Ev trained which has never been edited and ORAS refuses to let me do online battles with it. It's sad. But fully genned mons get in. Wtf is this?
