Hacking velf to vpk compile request (SNES9x Vita by skogaby)

I can't seem to find a pre-compiled vpk for this, though it seems skogaby already made the changes in the source neccessary for a vpk. Can someone please compile this to a VPK for me, using the attached image as icon? Thanks!
