How could I then switch emuNand? I don't have access to menuhax so I can't use boot managers really. I do however have A9LH. I just want to have an emuNand where I could have just homebrew titles installed and one with games installed.

Is it possible to use a different CFW for each emuNand? My main CFW with A9LH is Luma.If you use Luma you can hold down a button at boot to select which emunand to start, see: https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/wiki/Options-and-usage
