it may mean that you dont have one of the required files to use nusgrabber to download (probably wget)

I thought that message just meant it can't download title.tik So far every one I have downloaded from command line has worked....

a link please ? Using the "old" version gives me some 0kb files so seems error, with this new version, no need to download all files again ?

Even when you install an entire game the eShop still doesn't see it as purchased...

This doesn't appear to work like the 3DS ticket system in that respect...
