Hacking PLEASE HELP! My 2DS is stuck...

Hey folks,

So I was attempting to change my PAL 2DS to Korean and got frustrated when it didn't work. In my hast I reformatted the console to try and start again and now it looks like the attached pic... It won't let me get past the 3D slider screen as a 2DS hasn't got one lol!

Any help or just bin the console?

I think your only options are to hardmod and reflash a nand backup.
Or to enter recovery mode and update to 11.1.

Can you boot a9 payloads? if so, restore a nand backup

If he was attempting a region change then it most likey does have A9LH.

I have a backup of the NAND but sadly the whole reason I wanted to start again is because it wouldn't let me install A9LH

I can boot in recovery mode and update to latest firmware so at least it won't be useless... Maybe give it to my little bro

It's basically a brick, the plailect guide clearly says in bold. Don't format your 2ds on firmware lower than 6.0. It will result in a brick AKA you will not be able to pass the initial setup screen ever.

isn't there a key combination to allow you to load gamecards and bypass the initial setup. you could launch an exploit and restore a nand backup.

They would need cubic ninja then and hope there are payloads for it

i know there are payloads for 4.5 and above and 2.1. but yes, cubic ninja would be needed.

At this point I'd say sell it for parts, buy your self a N3DS and do the plailect guide which will take 15 mins with the new OTPLess method....

Bruhhhh... I think he's full soft-bricked, I have seen a few other threads and no one has seemed to find a way past this except for using Hardmode9 .
