Hi I am currently talking to a seller with the 3.60 system software. This is the version I need to Crack it right? Also the seller says he can't take off his account or go to apps without updating the system. Will this cause me any issues after I Crack it? Can I just do a fresh wipe of the system and add my own account? Thanks for the help. I'm on mobile so I hope everything was comprehensible.

Because I didn't get a decisive answer and i figured a different community might have more info. I am trying to get as much info as possible before I pull the trigger and buy it.

Thanks for the help superman. How good are the emulators for the vita? Are most of the games pretty accurately emulated? Also is it possible to download and play legit vita games after the Crack?

You can deactivate Vita from PSN account after getting Henkaku installed. Henkaku spoof will prevent system from asking you to upgrade to 3.61 during deactivation. It'll be better if you can get it deactivated from previous owner's account. I heard if it's still registered under one PSN account, it might prevent you from activating it with another PSN account. Here is one source: https://www.destructoid.com/how-to-use-ps-vita-with-more-than-one-psn-account-218688.phtml. Scroll down to the "What happens if you don't deactivate the Vita before restoring it?" part. They can be wrong though. IGN says the similar thing in this video: http://www.ign.com/wikis/ps-vita/How_to_Switch_PSN_Accounts_on_PlayStation_Vita. The part with deactivation is around 2:30.

As far as emulators go CPS1 & 2 and neo Geo.. SNes.. Sega genesis and ps1 work great N64 pretty badly except Mario 64 ( but that is because it's VBHL a older emulator running off PSP... There is supposed to be a native Vita one... But I haven't heard anything about this yet... And the word on the street is the Vita PSP emulator is coming soon... There are A lot more emulators on retroarch but these are the ones I use... I think you would be fine either way With copies and legit games.. But beware of what you install... 2 VITA VIRUS VPK GAMES have come out... Fruit ninja and Kung fu rabbit. These will BRICK YOUR VITA.. But there are tools now to check vpk game dumps I recommend using them every time
