Hacking 4.80 CECH-3004B Hackable?

Hello, I'm new to the PS3 hacking community, and I just got a PS3 Slim (model CECH-3004B) yesterday, and it was on 4.46. Any CFW I tried to install with a USB just threw me up an error saying the data is corrupted, and I tried to update to 4.80 and install the Rebug 4.80.1 CFW, but it will still give me that error. Please is there a way to hack my PS3 on 4.80 with a USB without 4.7X or something? I really don't want to buy another PS3

Nope there isn't everything higher then 3.55 can't be modded. Well except you hard mod and downgrade your console with E3Flasher (isn't really worth it imo)

You can install cfw on your model, but you need to downgrade your console to 3.55 first with an E3 Flasher.

No, sorry.
Use an E3 to downgrade your console.
Nobody broke the keys of post-3.55 firmware yet.

Also, don't rely on someone else to buy you shit... Go open your own bank account and make your own money

Superslims can't be downgraded

3k PS3s and 4k cannot install cfw, you can't even downgrade it to 3.55 since 3k has a revision in somekind of minver check (3.65 if i am right).
The only thing you can do is using ODE (Optical Drive Emulator).

You can't downgrade a superslim. Sell it and check google for downgradeble models. There's a whole list with downgradable models

I have a normal slim 3K PS3, not super slim.

The 3k and 4k are not downgradable, even some 2k5 model can't be downgraded.

I don't know, my parents would be mad if I tried that, especially my mother, she got really mad and traumatized me after I tried to explain about the idea of selling it

I was 12 when I e3 flashed my PS3 stop acting so worthless. I also paid for the E3 flasher.
