That means they do not have an icon, like the screenshot tool and Super ftd thing does. They work, they just don't have an icon. :/
Those two apps should work. All the question mark means is that the app doesn't have an icon.

game?? I am needing to use the sdvt or better yet the save manager in the hbl menu. I ait sure what you mean by game. and these save managers have xml files in them. I've checked.
The game whose save you are trying to back up. The xmls on that github page are for a completely different purpose than the xmls in the save managers themselves. The xmls I linked are to bypass a security measure that certain newer games have called seed encryption. The xmls are game specific, meaning each XML works for one particular game.

unless you have full CFW and are using an emunand on the latest firmware (if you don't know what that means,you dont have it), then you need the .3dsx version

I'm using latest Luma on SySNand, I just updated and everything seens to work fine, HBL Loader Downloaded the updated payload and the apps load fine

I put the mmap and the boot3dsx file on the root. and still loads red on the bottom screen. I'm just trying to do some hacking for acnl. omg if its not one thing its another

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
