You should read the topic, saves get deleted when modified in hex editors.

Same for me, that doesn't work. Once you cheat for example the 45 medals, he just "skips" that you did it and says bring me 50 for this and that item.

Also changing jobs and and the job point cheat only work for the hero for me, not for any other character.

I'm having the same problem, is there any workaround?

About the max job for instance, i just need to change my line-up so that every character is in 1st slot...

Apparently if you set your Medal as x-1, where x is the requirement to get a prize then get a MiniMedal, you'll get the prize...
I just set it to 44, then get one in The Tallest Tower and after that I got the Poison needle from King Maximo

Do you use NTR for this?

I tried to use the "Job Point Max" code on NTR but it's not working. The description says "Need transfer job and battle once", but I don't understand. What does it mean by Transfer job?

::EDIT:: Never mind, found it. It means you need to change your job to different one first then battle once. By doing this, all 3 members of your team can master the job at the same time.

This is because the reward flag is triggered when the medal is added to your inventory in game, not when you speak with the NPC.

I'm trying to use Multihex to max out Casino Coins. I know I should set the value to F423F, but anyone know the pointer?

Save file Offsets
Money = 0x544
Bank Money = 0x52c
Casino Tokens = 0x530
Mini Medals = 0x534

To add items to your bag, you need to add the ID of the item in one offset and how much of that item in another.
Items in Bag Offsets
Item IDs = 0x544
Item count = 0x9d4

Character Bag
For this, subtract 0x30 bytes from the beginning of the first name (It's entered twice). The format goes:
2 bytes - Item ID
1 byte - Count
1 byte - Equipped (0-no, 1-yes)

Example:
First Name Offset = 0xE30
Item Start Offset = 0xE30 - 0x30 = 0xE00

I've attached a save editor that maxes out money and a program that fixes the save so you can edit it. If you use the save editor, there is no need to use the checksum fix since it does it for you.
