I tried the speedfly plugin just for your save. So I maxed Casino jetsons. I cannot read all options as I have the same screen problem like the posted one.
So give it a try. Maybe it work or not.

I have the same problem. Did you make it work? I have ntr.bin 3.2 in a Old3DSXL and SysNAND 11.1

wasn't the ntr.bin 3.3 and 3.4 only for New3DS?

if i remember correctly the ntr3.3 bin worked fine on my old3ds. i only know of the ntr3.4 bin being new3ds only

Just use NTR selector by nanquitas and boot the 3.4 version. It is working fine on 11.1 o3ds. no glitch

So I tried using the Mini medal NTR cheat and king maximo won't give me the rewards!
All im trying to get is the fragments for the bonus dungeons.

Hi, I only have access to 3DS HBL, would someone mind helping me out with leveling characters and classes via the NTR Cheat Plugin, I would also like to request max money, and all items, sorry if that is too much to ask. Thanks to anyone who can help me out! Oh My Region is US by the way.

Create a folder in the root of sd card named plugin, inside this folder create another folder of the game id and put this file there (speedfly.plg)

Like this: root/plugin/000400000018EF00/speedfly.plg
You can rename the speedfly to whatever you want, like Dragon Quest VII.plg

I thought EUR is: 000400000018f000 and USA is: 000400000018ef00.
anyway, cheat offsets are the same for both versions

Does anybody know why the mini medal cheat isn't working?
I get the medals but when I talk to the king he just says I have X amount of medals and doesn't give me any reward.
I'm just looking for a way to get the mysterious fragments

Same for me, that doesn't work. Once you cheat for example the 45 medals, he just "skips" that you did it and says bring me 50 for this and that item.

Also changing jobs and and the job point cheat only work for the hero for me, not for any other character.

Over at gamefaqs someone complained about getting a hacked tablet, with broken items that can't be discarded. Anyone knows how this is happening, since modified saves can't be loaded?

Changing jobs is iffy, but typically you need to have the char whose job you want to change in the first slot. Then on the attributes window you hold down the secondary button (up, left, L, etc.) and then press Select. Might take a press or two but it will work.

Also, the job point cheat is the same way. Typically the char in the first slot will rank up properly. Sometimes it'll effect 2 or 3 of your chars. It's seemingly random, but the char in the first slot will always rank up.

Oh well, i have almost completed the game now, no need to hassle with that stuff anymore really
